A variety of familiar industry faces are on the program for the February event, alongside beyond-industry expertise.

Formerly known as the AIME Knowledge Program, Knowledge Monday at the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) will take place on February 9, 2026, the day before the show floor opens for the thousands of appointments between business events buyers and sellers.

Adding to the three already-announced keynote sessions, afternoon breakouts for Knowledge Monday cover everything from the link between culture and client impact to building partnerships between buyers and sellers, the global event industry outlook, what association event planners “wish you knew” and the ROI of delight.

Still other sessions look at artificial intelligence, event design for impact, navigating event chaos and how strategic partnerships in business events are engineered.

Amongst more than 30 presenters that will deliver the breakout sessions are Andy Sharpe, CEO of SongDivision, Ashleigh Cooper, event manager at Charter Hall, Toni Brearley, CEO of AuSAE, Anna Patterson, founder of Sight Agency, Sven Bossu, CEO of global convention centre association AIPC, Tanya Wick, director of Troupe Event Agency, Stephen Noble, The Conference Company’s APAC general manager, Sarah Markey-Hamm, CEO of ICMS, David Yakas, CEO of Wrapped Creations, and Belinda Doery, PCMA’s head of ANZ.

“We are thrilled to welcome an extraordinary group of keynote presenters and breakout speakers who bring deep expertise, fresh ideas and real-world experience to the program,” said AIME’s event director, Silke Calder of the complete Knowledge Monday program.

“Their collective insights will challenge, uplift and equip our community with practical tools to lead with confidence and clarity in the year ahead.”

The previously announced keynote speakers, who will deliver the morning plenary sessions for Knowledge Monday, are performance and leadership coach, Dan Haesler, behavioural scientist and futurist, Milo Wilkinson, and founder of kikki.K and Dream Life, Kristina Karlsson.

AIME 2026 is expected to the largest iteration of the event in more than a decade when it takes place at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from February 9 to 11.

More than 4,500 people are expected to participate, including 700 exhibitors and 700 hosted buyers.
