The convention centre is located within the Panthers precinct and following a recent unification of the service offering, WSCC now provides a one-stop-shop for the more than 4,000m2 of space within the whole Panthers footprint.
Encore will be providing its expertise within the 1,000-pax dedicated event venue as well as across the wider precinct, which offers 14 meeting spaces in all.
“Encore brings an unmatched suite of cutting-edge technologies to help us deliver elevated client experiences,” said WSCC general manager, Charles Young.
“We’re proud to partner with them, a global leader in technology and creative production. This new partnership reflects our commitment to excellence and forward-thinking conference and event hospitality.”
The arrival of Encore in the Panthers precinct has delivered AV upgrades to several of the spaces outside of the convention centre itself, which only opened in 2023.
Encore is also providing access to a vast inventory of LED, AI-powered technology, bespoke production and curated AV packages for events within the precinct.
“We are excited to partner with the Western Sydney Convention Centre. This collaboration allows us to bring our cutting-edge technology and creative event solutions to one of Sydney’s fastest-growing regions,” said Katherine Pfahl, senior director of strategic commercial partnerships at Encore APAC.
Our advanced production capabilities and innovative services will elevate every event at the venue, ensuring unforgettable experiences for all clients. We look forward to making a significant impact together.”
The WSCC and the Pullman Sydney Penrith, which also opened in 2023, are both well positioned geographically to take advantage of opportunities arising from the opening of the new Western Sydney International Airport late next year.
