Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point has 105 rooms and includes a restaurant and bar and a café, both with celebrity chef Luke Mangan in charge.
The hotel’s owner and operator, Pro-invest Group, bought the former Larmont Sydney by Lancemore for $46.25 million, as reported in late 2022 by Commercial Real Estate.
“Our multi-million-dollar refurbishment has reimagined this property to introduce Hotel Indigo’s creative spirit to Sydney for the first time, celebrating the rich character of the area and adding to the re-energisation of this famous part of the city,” said Pro-invest Group’s Asia Pacific CEO, Jan Smits.
Mangan oversees both Luc-san, a French Izakaya restaurant and bar at street level offering French-Japanese fusion cuisine through the evening, and The X Café, operating early morning and into the afternoon.
Although the hotel does not have dedicated function space, Luc-san offers function packages, alongside providing room service to the hotel.

The hotel’s general manager, Caitlin Walter, says the team has “playfully weaved the past, present and future of Kings Cross into everything we do”.
