Global – Pullman properties worldwide will soon introduce a meeting room concept combining performance and pleasure with a fresh take on the traditional aspects of a meeting.

Created by designer Mathieu Lehanneur, “Business Playground” reflects the brand’s motto of “Work hard, play hard” with features such as a meeting table designed like a poker table, a private area for informal conversations or breaks, and a cabinet of curiosities.

Made of fibreglass, beige leather and Corian®, the meeting table is designed to make people want to participate, the same way they would want to engage in a game.

The private area, Canopy Break, is a dedicated bubble-like space allowing participants to relax comfortably and take an organic break, while the Pullman Curiosity Boxes consist of unusual objects and books to provide inspiration and trigger new ideas.

Business Playground also offers free broadband Wi-Fi, iPad-controlled audio-visual and lighting technology, a 75-inch plasma screen, and a dedicated F&B offering to fuel interaction and well-being.

The Pullman London St Pancras was the first property to introduce the concept, with other properties in the brand portfolio expected to follow next year.
