Seven Seasons is the name of the Darwin Convention Centre’s new menu, a culinary journey inspired by the Gulumoerrgin (Larrakia) Seasons.

The menu centres on the seven seasons and the corresponding impact these changes have on sight, sound, landscape and natural habitat.

Visual and audio experiences complement the dishes, which include crocodile terrine, mud crab with coconut lime dressing and lemon myrtle kangaroo dumpling.
