The hotel was first announced – minus an operator – as part of the airport’s $5 billion expansion investment earlier this year, which also includes a major deal with Qantas and plans for a new runway and terminal.
The Pullman Perth Airport will open in 2027 with 240 keys, with rooms and suites across eight floors, alongside meeting rooms, co-working space, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a gym and a sauna.
“We are delighted to be partnering with world-leading hospitality group, Accor, to deliver our first hotel,” said Perth Airport’s chief property officer, Dan Sweet.
“The new Pullman Perth Airport hotel will be a world-class facility located at the front door to our major terminals. It will make it even more convenient for international and interstate visitors, providing a place to stay and relax during connections.
“Pullman, along with its parent company Accor, are both well-known and respected global hospitality brands. Their expertise and experience will ensure a fantastic new accommodation offering debuts in Perth, particularly for those transiting through the airport.”
The Pullman at Perth Airport will be the fourth airport hotel for the brand in Australia and New Zealand. Pullman is also the largest and fastest growing premium hotel brand in ANZ, with 20 hotels already operational.
Other Pullman properties in the pipeline include a 139-room Pullman in Launceston, Tasmania, expected to open in 2027 and a 191-room Pullman in Hamilton on New Zealand’s North Island, expected in 2026.
Accor’s chief operating officer for APAC for premium, midscale and economy brands, Adrian Williams, says the hotel group is expecting robust demand from the Perth Airport property.
“Given the hotel’s unrivalled location and exceptional facilities, we anticipate strong interest and demand for Pullman Perth Airport from both business and leisure travellers alike.”
