Designed to encourage organisations to create more meaningful and memorable gatherings, the Beyond the Boardroom promotion rewards residential conference groups with a collection of exclusive inclusions. Groups of up to 15 delegates can select one bonus inclusion, groups of 15 to 25 delegates can select two, and groups of more than 25 delegates can choose three. The offer is available for residential conferences with a minimum of 10 rooms, booked between 1 September and 1 December 2026 for events held before 31 December 2026, subject to availability and minimum spend requirements.
