Bring your ambition to Melbourne. Share it with the world. AIME 2027 is filling fast on both sides of the floor.

Produced in partnership with the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME)

International stands are booking quickly, with Japan, Singapore, Fiji, Hong Kong and New Zealand among those returning, to name just a few, and Bali debuting with its first-ever pavilion.

Every Australian convention bureau has also confirmed.

As Asia Pacific’s leading business events trade show enters its 34th year, Hosted Buyer places are going just as fast, with applications closing soon.

Returning to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center (MCEC) from 15 to 17 February 2027, AIME will expand across 12 bays, with more than 800 exhibitors, 1,600 vetted buyers and over 5,000 attendees expected after five consecutive years of growth.

Every Australian state and territory is represented: Business Events Tasmania, Business Events Victoria, Melbourne Convention Bureau, Business Events Geelong, Tourism East, Business Events Sydney, Destination NSW, Canberra Convention Bureau, Adelaide Convention Bureau, Business Events Perth,  Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA), Experience Gold Coast, Visit Sunshine Coast, Business Events Cairns & Great Barrier Reef, Tourism Whitsundays, Tourism Noosa, Townsville Enterprise Convention Bureau, the Mackay Region and Northern Territory Business Events. They are joined by hotels, venues, DMCs, airlines, cruise lines, event technology, production and AV suppliers, caterers and more.

“Having every Australian bureau in one hall, alongside our international partners, is exactly what buyers ask us for,” says AIME’s event director, Silke Calder.

“You could scope an incentive in Fiji, a congress in Geelong and a launch in Bali before lunch on day one.”

The Hosted Buyer program is open to corporate, government and association planners, agency professionals, incentive specialists and PCOs. AIME builds each buyer a tailored, pre-scheduled appointment diary.

Fully Hosted Buyers commit to 30 matched meetings and Semi-Hosted Buyers to 20. Day Buyers schedule 12 meetings and, new for 2027, Flexi-Buyers commit to a minimum of six meetings. There is a category to suit every buyer. Benefits can include return flights, luxury accommodation and transfers.

“Exhibitors come back when AIME delivers quality content, inspiration and business, and the pace of bookings for 2027 tells us it’s delivering,” says Calder.

“The data backs this up. The exhibitor NPS score for 2026 from our post-show report shows AIME is triple the industry average.”
