Built on the site of the former Oran Park Raceway – along with the rest of the recently developed suburb – the EVT hotel is the closest hotel to the new Western Sydney International Airport.
Atura Oran Park features seven event spaces – all named in homage of Oran Park’s motorsport history – with the largest, The Grandstand, a pillarless space with plenty of natural light, opening windows, 4.3m ceilings and capacity to host 500 standing or 300 for gala dinners. The Grandstand can split into two smaller spaces – North Circuit and South Circuit.
Other spaces are smaller, down to The Pitt, an intimate space for 15 that can be used for either private dining or board meetings.
The hotel also features a resort-style pool and terrace, an Italian restaurant, Tavola, 24-hour room service and striking, destination-specific artwork.

“Today is about opening the doors to a destination designed for the future of Western Sydney,” said the hotel’s general manager, Shannon Craig.
“Atura Oran Park reflects the energy and ambition of one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions, creating a place where locals and visitors can come together for business, celebrations, events and memorable stays.
“After 24 years with EVT, bringing hotels to life is still one of the things I love most, and there’s something truly special about this one.
“We’ve created a hotel that feels connected to its community, inspired by the character of the region and brought to life through the warm, approachable hospitality the Atura brand is known for.
“Opening the doors today is a proud milestone, and we can’t wait to welcome guests and the wider Oran Park community,” she said.
Opening last Thursday, the hotel is around 20 minutes’ drive from the new Western Sydney International Airport, which opened on October 25.
