Following the opening of event space in the precinct last year, The Grand Saddles Lodge is set to open later this year at Saddles Mount White.

The lodge will be made up of 20 private luxury villas, each with a separate living area, an open fireplace and a private terrace and plunge pool.

The lodge will also offer a fine-dining restaurant, featuring local seafood, organic beef and poultry and produce from the herb and vegetable gardens onsite.

Other features include a piano bar, a day spa and an infinity pool and pool bar.

The lodge will accept buyouts for event groups.

Last year, an event space called The Barn opened at Saddles Mount White, able to accommodate 120 attendees for seated events or 150 standing. The aesthetic of the space brings together wooden finishes with stained glass and strong floral theming. The venue also has an open fireplace, a private bar and a covered outdoor verandah.

Logistically, The Barn has its own kitchen and is managed by a dedicated event team.

Also within the Saddles Mount White precinct is the original restaurant, The Homestead, under the helm of French head chef Jeremy Pace, who has Michelin-star experience.

Set inland on the Central Coast close to the Hawkesbury River, Saddles Mount White is approximately a 50-minute drive from Sydney’s CBD.

The Grand Saddles Lodge will open in spring.
