Virgin also came in third for best hybrid airline, while Qantas won World’s Best Airline Branded Lounges, tied for Best Premium Economy with Emirates and was named the eighth best full service airline globally.
Korean Air was awarded best full service airline, while Air New Zealand came in third.
Meanwhile, Jetstar was second in the low cost airline category, behind Air Asia.
This is the seventh straight year Virgin has been named as the world’s best cabin crew by the website.

Virgin’s win for World’s Best Regional Airline is for Virgin Australia Regional Airlines, which primarily services regional communities in Western Australia.
Other winners in AirlineRatings Cabin Class Awards were Qatar Airways, who took out the business class category, and Korean Air, who won for the best economy cabin.
