Newgreens Chatswood combines a variety of offerings, including golf, health facilities and two food and beverage outlets, among them Italian restaurant Dodici, alongside the event spaces. The precinct also features retirement living apartments.
“Launching this October, Newgreens is set to redefine how Sydney celebrates and connects,” says Newgreens Chatswood’s general manager Michael Fantuz.
“Our event spaces balance sophistication and flexibility, whether you’re hosting an intimate board meeting, a team celebration or an end-of-year gathering for up to 200 guests.”
The largest event space, the ballroom, can host up to 200 standing or 160 seated, with the space also able to be split into three smaller rooms. In addition, a boardroom can seat 12, while a small theatre can accommodate 26, including for private film screenings. There is also an outdoor barbeque area that can be used for private events.
Early in 2026, Newgreens will also debut Australia’s first purpose-built 12-hole golf course, which may fit the bill for time-poor corporate groups with a golfing lean.
Newgreens Chatswood opened on October 1 and is located under 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Chatswood, including its train and metro station.
