Marriott to open new Perth property in 2024
Western Australia will have its first Courtyard by Marriott hotel next February.

A new build, Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch is located in the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, 10 minutes from Perth’s CBD.

The hotel will have 150 keys, with room sizes ranging from 28 to 58sqm.

The Dampiera Library will offer a 56sqm meeting room for up to 18 delegates seated, with additional pre-function space and a balcony.

The hotel also features Substance Restaurant and Bar, an Asian bistro and café, and a fitness centre.

“Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch perfectly complements the innovative mixed-use amenity that forms the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct,” said Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch general manager, James Illing.

“The hotel will deliver a first-class hospitality offering that caters to the precinct and the broad range of users it will attract.

“The modern-styled guest rooms offer a sophisticated yet comfortable stay along with a contemporary dining offering and an intimate space for meetings and small conferences on-site.”

Although this is the first Courtyard by Marriott for Perth, the brand has over 1,285 Courtyard properties in 60 countries and territories.

Marriott’s other two properties in Perth are the Ritz-Carlton Perth and The Westin Perth.
