The show, owned and delivered by association Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), will take place in Auckland for the second consecutive year and be held for the first time at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), which is set to open next February.
“To secure floor space at this much-anticipated show, we are encouraging exhibitors from across New Zealand to apply early,” said BEIA chief executive, Lisa Hopkins.
“More than 1,200 people attended this year’s MEETINGS with over 6,000 pre-scheduled appointments on a record 250 stands representing 18 regions of New Zealand.
“2026 is shaping up to break new ground, with a larger footprint, more buyers coming from more countries, and in excess of 1,500 attendees.
“We are excited to be partnering with Auckland Convention Bureau and the wider business events community to ensure MEETINGS 2026 is the place to grow and develop new business, as well as to nurture existing relationships for future success,” said Hopkins.
To encourage early booking, there is an early bird rate available for exhibitors until December 12.
For first time exhibitors, or those who haven’t exhibited at MEETINGS for at least five years, there are discounted rates available.
There are also some opportunities for stand sharing between two organisations, which also includes a shared appointment stream.
Applications to be hosted as a buyer for MEETINGS 2026 will open later this year.
MEETINGS 2026 will be held June 17 and 18, 2026.
