The win for Encore represents a return to the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast, where it has previously been the in-house AV partner.
The hotel has 14 event spaces totalling 1,654m2 with its largest venue, the Mirage Grand Ballroom, able to seat 1,000 delegates in theatre.

Encore’s APAC managing director Scott Nodsle said the business was “honoured” to be selected as the exclusive partner.

Encore has already started as the in-house AV supplier at the resort.
This is the second contract Encore has won to replace Microhire this year, with Encore to replace its competitor at CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park from June.
However Microhire has also had a considerable win this year, landing the in-house contract at JW Marriott Auckland, its first New Zealand venue.
