Founded in Sydney, Be Challenged has offices in Melbourne, the Gold Coast, Perth and now Bali.
The Indonesian office is the first international outpost for Be Challenged.
“Bali was a natural next step – not just because of demand, but because it allows us to deliver deeper, more transformative experiences for teams looking to reset, refocus and reconnect,” said Be Challenged’s CEO, Lisa Kelliher, who stepped up into the top job less than a year ago.
Well-known Australian business events industry figure, Suzanne Hart, who has been living and working in Bali for eight years, will lead the Bali office, which will have a local Bali team, local warehouse facilities and long-term partnerships with venues.
“Bali isn’t just a destination – it’s an environment that invites teams to step out of day-to-day patterns and reconnect with purpose,” Hart said.
“Being on the ground means we can deliver experiences that are seamless, culturally attuned and genuinely impactful.”
Practising what they preach, Be Challenged was named amongst the best companies to work for in Australia in 2025, ranking 10th amongst companies with under 100 employees by the Great Place to Work consultancy.
