Arinex acquires New Zealand PCO
Australian event management business Arinex has further expanded into New Zealand with the acquisition of Auaha.

Based in Wellington, Auaha complements the Auckland office Arinex set up in 2020.

“This acquisition aligns with our dedication to driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our clients,” said Arinex CEO, Nicole Walker.

“By integrating the expertise, Māori cultural competency and insights of Auaha, Arinex aims to deliver an enhanced value proposition and unparalleled event management solutions to its clients across Australasia.”

Auaha is a Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA) Approved Professional Conference Organiser – a standard from New Zealand’s business events association, BEIA.

“After 23 years of operation, we’re thrilled to join forces with Arinex and embark on this exciting new chapter of growth and opportunity,” said founder and director of Auaha, Sandra Julian.

“It was paramount to ensure that Auaha clients are in safe hands, with a fully competent PCO capable of effectively fulfilling our existing obligations and contractual commitments for our client events.

“Under the leadership of CEO Nicole Walker, the Auaha team will leverage the extensive experience and expertise of the broader Arinex team, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our clients. This commitment also ensures we maintain our steadfast dedication to cultural integrity.”

The Auaha team joined the Arinex brand in the first week of May, with Auaha clients to transition to Arinex later this month.
