Now is the best time for hosted buyers to secure their place at New Zealand’s biggest business events trade show of the year.

Produced in partnership with Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA)

Held on 17–18 June at Auckland’s new New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), the event gives you the chance to meet leading New Zealand suppliers, uncover new possibilities for your future events and gain a deeper understanding of what Aotearoa can offer.

Your MEETINGS experience begins the moment you arrive in Auckland. The city provides a warm and inspiring introduction to Aotearoa New Zealand, combining modern event infrastructure, walkable precincts and a thriving business community that supports successful conferences and incentives.

Its creative energy and natural beauty set the perfect tone for the days ahead, before MEETINGS officially begins and you step inside the NZICC to be among the first to explore New Zealand’s newest world-class events venue.

Across the two day programme, you will meet with up to 32 exhibitors through pre-scheduled appointments tailored to your event requirements.

Reviewing profiles ahead of time, selecting exhibitors that align with your future business needs and preparing your schedule early will help you make the most of every meeting.

MEETINGS also offers countless opportunities for inspiration beyond your appointments.

Buyers can explore interactive activations, engage with industry leaders and gather ideas that can be brought back to their organisations.

Social functions and networking events throughout the programme allow you to deepen connections and continue conversations outside the exhibition floor.

To extend your MEETINGS journey, hosted buyers can also take part in a range of pre and post show famil programmes.

The Auckland Host City Famil on 16 June is open to all approved hosted buyers and offers an exciting introduction to the region.

Additional pre and post famil options are also available – on an application basis – in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Rotorua, Queenstown, Hawke’s Bay and Waikato.

These itineraries offer invaluable firsthand insight into the venues, landscapes, culture and regional strengths that shape outstanding business events across Aotearoa.

Applications for the Hosted Buyer Programme are open now and close on 10 April.
