The former head of business development and marketing at Arinex, Jessica Ferguson, has stepped into the chief executive role for Arinex.
Ferguson joined Arinex more than eight years ago as a project manager and has risen through the business development ranks of the company.
“I am honoured to take on the role of CEO at such a transformative time,” she said.
“Arinex has always provided the gold standard in event management services for our conferences and incentive programs, and we now have an exciting opportunity to further strengthen our position as an experiential-led organisation.
“Having been part of Arinex’ journey for several years, I’ve seen firsthand the exceptional talent, passion and creativity within the business. Those qualities have been central to our success and will continue to drive our future.
“My focus is on fostering an environment that enables our people to innovate, respond with agility and continue delivering the high-calibre events for our clients.
“I look forward to building on the company’s strong legacy and leading the next phase of growth and evolution.”
The Arinex brand has been through much change over the last few years, having gone from being founder owned by Ros McLeod, who started the business in the 1970s, to joining a collective of related brands under the Arinex Group, which also includes technical production through Arinex Live, technology company Neoteq and the just-launched creative agency fieldstate.
“Jessica’s appointment is a defining moment for Arinex,” said CEO of The Arinex Group, Maree Di Pasquale.
“Having successfully led our business development and marketing, she has a profound understanding of how to create deep value for our clients.
“She is the perfect leader to steer Arinex through its next phase of growth, blending her deep industry knowledge with a commitment to innovation and storytelling to deliver the world-class experiences our clients have come to expect.”
