Josquin Crepelliere has been appointed hotel manager at The Langham, Gold Coast, working under the property’s general manager, Arpad Romandy, overseeing day-to-day operations and refining the experience for the hotel’s guests.
Starting with the 339-key property in July, Crepelliere moved over from Crystalbrook Kingsley in the NSW regional hub of Newcastle, where he was general manager.
Previously, he has held leadership roles with Marriott International and TFE Hotels.
“Josquin brings an impressive combination of commercial capability, operational knowledge and genuine care for people,” said Romandy.
“His collaborative approach and strong focus on the guest experience align closely with the way we lead and operate at The Langham. We are pleased to welcome him to the team and look forward to the contribution he will make across the hotel.”
