First details of AIME’s 2025 Knowledge Program released
The advisory committee and theme for the Knowledge Program at the 2025 Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) are out.

AIME’s organisers are expecting 1,600 people to attend the Knowledge Program on the day before the show floor opens for thousands of appointments between business events buyers and sellers from around the world.

The theme for the Knowledge Program in 2025 will be “We Matter!” while the committee includes expertise from corporate, agency, PCO and association backgrounds.

The theme is a nod to business events being a catalyst for economic growth.

“As the program takes shape with the theme We Matter!, we are filled with optimism and anticipation for the outstanding speaker contributions that will emerge in the coming months,” said BEAM founder, El Kwang, who hosts and curates the Knowledge Program with the assistance of the committee.

“Together, we are creating a platform that not only reflects our collective strength but also propels our industry forward with purpose and confidence.”

The eight-member committee includes  the head of events and connections in the workplace experience department at Atlassian, Paul Boustani, Charter Hall’s events manager Ashleigh Cooper, MCI account director Maggie Diasinos, Events Travel Asia founder and CEO Max Jantasuwan, business events strategist at Think Event By Think Tank Productions Ronald Lim, ICMS CEO Sarah Markey-Hamm, the Australian Dental Industry Association’s director of events, Denise Sorrell, and founder and managing director of Zadro, Felicity Zadro.

AIME 2025 is expected to be bigger again than the 2024 event, which was the largest in a decade. The show floor will grow to 15,000m2 with more than 600 exhibitors and 650 hosted buyers expected to attend, in addition to day buyers and other visitors.
