Ayers Rock Resort has received Advanced Ecotourism and Respecting Our Culture certification from Ecotourism Australia. The sprawling property in Australia’s red centre has also been awarded a chef’s hat from the Australian Good Food Guide for its exclusive degustation under the stars experience Tali Wiru.

The resort’s sustainability initiatives include an onsite solar field, a recycling centre and wildlife conservation programs.
Ayers Rock Resort also helps sustain the Indigenous culture of central Australia, through the tours and experiences available around the resort, the National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA) onsite, the Anangu Communities Foundation and the Gallery of Central Australia which showcases artists from the region.
On the culinary front, Tali Wiru, a five-hour dining experience for just 20 people each evening, has been recognised with a chef’s hat for 2024 by the Good Food Guide.
