Previously the CEO of PCO Arinex, Walker launched the new business last month, offering strategic assistance across of variety of areas for those in the business events and association sectors, including for business growth, budgets, mentoring, professional development, event strategy and delivery, operational improvement, project management, training, capability building and stakeholder engagement.
As both founder and CEO of the new business, Walker has brought on Nell Harrison as the COO for Lightning Bolt Consulting.
Harrison has more than two decades of experience in event and association management. Most recently, she was managing director of The Association Specialists.
“Nell is widely respected for her leadership, operational expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Walker.
“Her experience and insight are invaluable as we build a consultancy that genuinely understands the challenges and opportunities facing associations and event-led organisations today.”
Between the two of them, Walker and Harrison have more than four decades of experience in events and associations.
