The company will manage the 194-room Novotel Sydney Parramatta and the 165-room Mercure Sydney Parramatta from early September.
The Novotel property has extensive meeting space, with a ballroom for up to 550 in theatre, while the Mercure has four smaller meeting rooms.
The two properties are owned by the Huang Family, who have already passed two other properties into management with Trilogy Hotels at Sydney Airport and Macquarie Park, both of which are transitioning to the Crowne Plaza brand.
“The agility of having the Trilogy Hotels team run our operations has been very rewarding. We are pleased to have signed another two hotels, allowing us to connect with our guests in greater and more personalised ways,” said owner and director of the Huang Family portfolio, Frank Huang.
Trilogy Hotels’ CEO Scott Boyes acknowledged the family’s “faith in our team and model”.
“We kickstart operations next month and look forward to helping realise the full potential of each asset, driving bottom-line performance and efficiencies by operating the four hotels together.”
Since launching in late 2023, Trilogy Hotels has secured quite a swag of hotel management contracts, including major conferencing hotels the Fairmont Blue Mountains and the Pullman Sydney Penrith with its associated Western Sydney Conference Centre.
