Organised by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), MEETINGS 2025 marks the return of New Zealand’s most significant business events trade show to Auckland for the first time since 2021.
“Following the great success of MEETINGS 2024 in Rotorua, we’ve seen the enduring value of face-to-face interactions and the power of coming together in person. MEETINGS 2025 is set to create a powerful hub for domestic and international buyers to exchange ideas and create new business opportunities,” says BEIA chief executive, Lisa Hopkins.

Hosted buyers can curate their experience with up to 30 prescheduled appointments over two days, choosing from over 200 exhibiting organisations covering more than 30 specialty areas and 17 New Zealand regions. For Australian event organisers, a semi-hosted buyer option is also available, offering up to 20 prescheduled appointments.
