Previously known as Sydney Restaurant Group, SRG Hospitality already has the likes of Ripples Milsons Point and Ormeggio at the Spit in its portfolio, along with a variety of other, mostly waterside, restaurants around Sydney.
SRG will open a new restaurant at The Langham, Sydney in February 2026, complete with a new design fit out and head chef Sam Tuchband, formerly of Aria, who also comes with international experience.
A new cocktail bar will be added to The Langham, Sydney’s offering later in 2026.
SRG will also helm the F&B offering for the hotel’s event spaces, the largest of which, its ballroom, can banquet 150 attendees.
“Entering the hotel space is a natural extension of our restaurant roots,” said SRG managing director, Daniel Drakopoulos.
“This opportunity to reimagine the restaurant, bar and event spaces allows us to bring our dining DNA into a world-class hotel setting – creating experiences that are as thoughtful and beautiful as they are memorable.
“It’s an exciting new chapter for our team.”
The Langham, Sydney’s managing director, Harvey Thompson said the hotel was aligned with its new F&B partner in its desire to offer “a world-class hospitality experience”.
“We are confident this collaboration will deliver something truly exceptional for both Sydney locals and international visitors alike,” said Thompson.
