The meeting rooms individually range in size from 15m2 to 30m2, able to accommodate groups of between eight and 24 people for corporate meetings, workshops, seminars, training sessions and other intimate events.
Two of the spaces can be combined to create a 39m2 space for 32 people. There is also a larger breakout 88m2 breakout space for more casual gatherings.
The Travelodge property has 124 accommodation rooms and is located about 16km from the CBD and 10km from Sydney Airport. In Hurstville, the hotel is located close to the train station.
“The area has seen strong investment in A‑grade office developments, improved public transport infrastructure and a rapidly expanding professional workforce servicing the St George and southern Sydney regions,” said Travelodge Hurstville general manager Andrew O’Donovan of Hurstville.
“For event planners in particular, having a hotel directly connected to a fully equipped, multi‑venue club is a genuine point of difference.
“Alongside our dedicated event rooms and breakout spaces, corporate guests can also tap into Club Central’s Alt. Hospitality event offering when they need to accommodate larger groups.”
The hotel is located next door to Club Central Hurstville, which has its own event centre offering significantly larger spaces – an auditorium can seat 998 in theatre or accommodate banquets of 660. The space can also be broken down into up to five separate spaces, with various configurations able to host between 147 in theatre up to 820 pax in theatre.
