Gregg has led the global incentive association since November 2022 but is set to leave both SITE and SITE Foundation on October 1. She is to take on the top job at another association.
During her time as CEO, the society has had record membership, record event attendance and record financial growth. Alongside this, SITE has increased its international presence while its certification program has also grown, becoming available digitally and in Spanish, while certification across more areas has been added.
Gregg also supported the launch of a new SITE event, the C-Suite Agency Summit, new consultancy services from SITE and helped the organisation secure more partnerships and realise more revenue opportunities.
“Annette has led SITE through a period of significant growth, and the association is stronger for it,” said SITE president, Hasan Dinç.
“On behalf of the international board of directors, I want to thank her for her commitment to our members, our chapters and our global community and to wish her every success in what comes next.
“The board’s focus now turns to continuity for our members and chapters and to appointing a leader who will build on what has been achieved.”
Gregg says being at the helm of SITE “has been one of the great privileges of my career”.
“I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve accomplished together.
“We’ve grown our global reach, reaching record revenue and membership, while trying new concepts and evolving our relevance to our growing global community.
“Most importantly, we’ve continued to prove the incredible power of incentive travel to transform people, businesses and communities.
“SITE has always been about its people – our members, chapter leaders, volunteers, partners and an extraordinary team – and they are what I will treasure most from this experience.”
The association says it will announce interim leadership for SITE and more details on finding SITE’s next CEO “in due course”.
