After a multi-million-dollar refurbishment, the former Grand Mercure The Vintage has re-emerged as Peppers Hunter Valley in regional New South Wales.
The property offers 31 one, two and three bedroom villas within a wider precinct which also features event spaces via restaurant offering NINETEEN.
NINETEEN can seat 70 in its bistro and 60 on its outdoor uncovered deck or 130 in its covered beer garden. NINETEEN has also opened a Mediterranean restaurant within The Vintage today with the capacity to host event groups on an indoor and outdoor terrace.

Meanwhile, the 87-key Peppers Docklands has also had an upgrade, including new carpets, fresh paint, new lighting and refurbished doors.

Peppers Docklands is located close to Marvel Stadium, offering an accommodation option for those attending gatherings in the stadium’s corporate event spaces.
