Positioned as a multi-million-dollar penthouse with an art collection worth more than a quarter of a million dollars, Suite Two sits above restaurant Sala Dining on Jones Bay Wharf, offering event space for up to 90 attendees cocktail style.
Set across two levels, the lower floor space can accommodate 40 people seated, while the top floor can seat 60.
The space is part of Dedes Waterfront Group, which also includes Sala Dining, Alpha Dining, Flying Fish and Deckhouse.
“Guests are looking for venues that are not only exclusive but memorable,” said Dedes Waterfront Group owner, Con Dedes.
“Hosts appreciate intimacy, design and detail. No two events are weaved the same.”
The culinary offering will be helmed by head chef Danny Russo who is also part of the team at Sala Dining. Live stations and chef interactions will be part of the food and beverage experience at Suite Two.
“Sydney diners aren’t just chasing flavours, they’re chasing theatre and story,” said Russo.
“Internationally, cities like London and New York have mastered the art of hospitality theatre and Sydney is catching up.”
Stefano Satta, also of Sala Dining, will be the sommelier for the new venue.
