Taking place on 17-18 June 2026 at Auckland’s brand-new New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), MEETINGS will be the first opportunity for many to experience this world class venue.
But for Australian hosted buyers, opportunity extends well beyond the show itself.
Applications are now open for pre and post MEETINGS famil programmes, enabling accepted Australian hosted buyers to extend their visit and experience a diverse range of New Zealand regions, each only a short journey away.
In addition to the signature Auckland pre famil, Australian Hosted Buyers can apply for famil programmes in:
- Wellington
- Christchurch
- Rotorua
- Queenstown
- Hawke’s Bay
- Waikato
Each destination offers a distinct mix of venues, experiences and cultural character and these programmes will give buyers practical insight into how they can support incentives, conferences and association events.
Spaces on all famil programmes are strictly limited and subject to qualification and acceptance by the host regions. Early applications are strongly encouraged to secure preferred destinations.
Applications for the MEETINGS 2026 Hosted Buyer Programme are open until 10 April, but places are filling fast.
Successful applicants will receive complimentary travel courtesy of Air New Zealand, accommodation across one of 16 host hotels and access to all MEETINGS’ official social functions.
