Both new-build properties offer luxurious accommodation and a variety of event spaces.

Studios, suites, homes, beach houses and the Sky House at Mondrian Gold Coast

Opening in the first half of June, Mondrian Gold Coast adds 208 keys to the Gold Coast’s already healthy luxury accommodation offering on the beachfront at Burleigh Heads.

The accommodation mix is made up of 132 studios, 63 suites, 10 two- and three-bedroom homes, two two- and three-bedroom beach houses – with plunge pools – and the three-bedroom Sky House, set across a massive 320m2 – with 5m ceilings to boot – on level 24 of the hotel.

Lead-in rooms are also generously sized, with studios starting at 35m2 while suites start at 64m2.

For events, Mondrian Gold Coast features a ballroom which can banquet up to 210 and accommodate a theatre configuration of 352 delegates. The ballroom can be split in two for groups of up to 210 each or dinners of 90 per side.

Other dedicated event spaces include the 207m2 Coastal Room on level two, which can be split into two or three separate spaces.

In addition, there are spaces available in the hotel’s two restaurants – Lito and Haven – which can be activated for groups, including a private dining room for 13 seated or a private bar for 80 standing at Lito and various spaces – including poolside – at Haven for up to 150 seated or 400 cocktail. It’s possible to buy out Haven for 650 delegates cocktail style. Haven also offers cabanas for dining groups of up to 12.

Further unique spaces at the property include 54 E.S.P and 56 E.S.P – described as first of their kind spaces in Australia – which can host 10 each for dinners or between 40 and 60 for standing events.

Finally, there’s the VeeRoom on Level 24, with ocean views and capacity to seat 70 or accommodate 100 standing.

Mondrian Gold Coast is an Ennismore property, a lifestyle hotel brand that is in a joint venture with Accor.
