Two blocks of concurrent sessions – totalling 20 sessions in all – will delve into everything from boosting efficiency in event planning, intellectual team building and sales to impact measurement beyond the basics for association conferences, getting the most out of intergenerational workforces and creating a menopause-friendly workplace.
Other concurrent sessions will pit humans against AI to demonstrate the strengths of both, discuss storytelling with emotional intelligence, explore fostering a culture of bravery in the workplace and delve into boosting productivity for employees with ADHD.
The program includes appearances and input from a variety of industry associations, such as the Australian Business Events Association (ABEA) and the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), the International Association of Professional Conference Organisers (IAPCO), Meetings and Events Australia (MEA), the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and the Australasian Society of Association Executives (AuSAE).
“We are thrilled to have such inspirational and exciting industry leaders sharing their incredible insights and expertise across a full day of education and professional growth opportunities for attendees,” said AIME’s event director, Silke Calder.

The concurrent sessions will follow a morning of plenary sessions including keynote presentations from neuro-performance scientist, Dr Kristy Goodwin, and former chief technology officer for Lonely Planet, Gus Balbontin. The morning session will also include a panel discussion, with panellists yet to be announced.
