Doltone House is Foundation Theatres’ new catering and events partner for business events clients booking what will be known as Sydney Event Centre when Foundation Theatre takes over the spaces within the waterfront casino complex in Pyrmont next month.
Doltone House is handling enquiries for conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and corporate events at the event centre.

“This collaboration allows us to bring our award-winning hospitality to one of Sydney’s most dynamic large-format spaces, delivering unforgettable experiences for conferences, exhibitions and gala celebrations.”
The venues are also being sold for concerts, shows and public keynotes through Foundation Theatres, with Ticketmaster as the ticketing partner.

Foundation Theatres bought The Star’s Sydney event centre for $60 million earlier this year from The Star Entertainment Group. The company already operates The Lyric Theatre, also within the casino complex, as well as the Capitol Theatre in Haymarket.
