Encore goes in-house at Sydney Showground
Encore Event Technologies and Sydney Showground have struck a deal to work together on events at the collection of venues at Sydney Olympic Park.

Encore is replacing Harry the hirer as the in-house production partner at Sydney Showground, which offers a variety of venues – the majority of them large-scale – for conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, product launches and other business events.

“We are thrilled to partner with Sydney Showground to offer our clients the perfect blend of exceptional event production services at their iconic event venues,” said Scott Nodsle, Encore’s APAC managing director.

“This collaboration underscores our dedication to enhancing event experiences and creating unforgettable moments.”

A focus of the partnership between the showground and Encore will be Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives as the pair look to continue setting new sustainability benchmarks.

“Sydney Showground is proud to join forces with Encore, a leader in event production,” said Sydney Showground’s director of sales and marketing, Andrew Roberts.

“Together, we look forward to delivering unparalleled experiences for our clients, combining world-class venues with industry-leading event expertise.”

Sydney Showground venues include The Dome, which at 7,200m2, can accommodate up to 4,000 attendees for a banquet or up to 7,000 delegates in theatre configuration, and Halls 2, 3 and 4 which can accommodate up to 525 exhibition booths. ENGIE Stadium is also part of the venue offering at Sydney Showground.
