StayKCC’s facilities are designed for both relaxation and adventure, offering a range of activities and amenities to suit all interests and event goals. With a focus on comfort, community and natural beauty, we provide an unforgettable experience for large-scaled conventions, team-building activities, exhibitions, sporting events and retreats of all sizes.
With a combination of self-contained lodges, shared dormitory-style accommodation and indoor and outdoor camping, StayKCC can welcome up to 700 guests. StayKCC also works closely with a selection of local accommodation providers for events requiring accommodation for up to 1,500 people.
Private accommodation includes Wollemi House (up to 15 guests), The Lodge (up to 36 guests), Hartley (up to 59 guests), Kedumba (up to 75 guests) and Mountain Camp (up to 157 guests). StayKCC’s indoor camping amenities can accommodate up to 200 guests, with their outdoor camping facilities able to sleep up to 150 guests.
StayKCC features a diverse range of multi-purpose meeting and event spaces including a 2,150-seat auditorium, surround-sound cinema, theatre-style conferencing, meeting rooms and break-out spaces that can be configured specifically to your meeting and event requirements. A full suite of audio-visual equipment can also be co-ordinated with the onsite events team. A full-sized commercial kitchen with onsite catering services is also available.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor activities, a spacious grassed environment that is suitable for a variety of sports and open-air events, a BBQ area and an extensive selection of team building, sporting, adventure, arts and culture and nature-based activities that can be booked to enhance your event experience.
StayKCC is close to the historic townships of Katoomba and Leura, with Scenic World only seconds away. Other nearby attractions include the Three Sisters, Giant Staircase, Echo Point, Explorers Tree and The Edge Cinema.
The Blue Mountains is within a two-hour drive of Sydney. And for those travelling from interstate, the new Western Sydney Airport, located in Badgerys Creek, will provide even greater access to the region. Scheduled to open in 2026, Western Sydney Airport will serve as a major gateway for both domestic and international event delegates, greatly reducing travel times.
