Arinex has won the contract to deliver the reborn Melbourne Motor Show for the next five years.

With help from Arinex, the Melbourne Motor Show returned in 2025 for the first time in 14 years, drawing a sell-out crowd of 45,000 to Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

The event and PCO company has now been confirmed to execute the Melbourne Motor Show up to 2030.

“The Melbourne Motor Show’s return was a monumental undertaking, and its incredible success is a direct reflection of Arinex’ exceptional skill, meticulous planning and profound expertise in event delivery,” said Craig Phinn, managing director and owner of the Melbourne Motor Show.

“Their team truly understood our vision and executed it flawlessly, and we have full confidence in their ability to continue to elevate the show for the next five years.”

The 2026 show, taking place next April, will massively increase its footprint at MCEC, taking out 30,000m2 with 80,000 people expected to attend the event.

“This five-year agreement for the Melbourne Motor Show is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Arinex Group,” said group CEO of Arinex, Maree Di Pasquale.

“It’s a significant win that underscores our growing capabilities and a clear sign of the incredible momentum we’ve built across the business events and consumer sectors.

“This partnership will be a catalyst for our continued expansion and team growth across the region.”

Alongside the motor show, Arinex continues to deliver core conference business for associations as well as incentive events.
