Another seaside MGallery property launches for Accor in Sydney
After a sizeable renovation, a Novotel has become an MGallery property beside Sydney’s Botany Bay.

What was the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach in Brighton-Le-Sands is now The Brighton Hotel Sydney – MGallery Collection, or more simply, The Brighton.

The property has undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation over the last three years, which has also yielded the hotel’s second ballroom.

The 307-room hotel offers both indoor and outdoor pools, a hatted Mediterranean restaurant in Ammos Brighton, a nod to the area’s Greek-Australian culture, and two bars, with more hospitality offerings to come.

There are also 11 event spaces at The Brighton, including the two ballrooms.

The hotel’s meeting spaces can host up to 600 theatre style or 380 for banquets in the largest space, the Brighton Ballroom with its floor to ceiling windows facing the water, while the Endeavour Ballroom can host up to 500 in theatre. Other smaller spaces can host between 40 and 320 attendees.

The hotel is owned by Oscars Group, who own several other hotels alongside Luna Park in Sydney, which the company bought last year.

The property is located on the beachfront at Brighton-Le-Sands, 10 minutes from Sydney Airport and 20 minutes from the Sydney CBD.

The Brighton joins Accor’s other waterfront MGallery property in Sydney – the Manly Pacific, situated oceanfront in Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
