The 184-room Atura Oran Park will be the first hotel for the master planned suburb and will offer significant event space.
The hotel will feature seven meeting rooms, with the largest, The Grandstand, able to host 500 delegates for standing events, 300 in banquet configuration or 288 in theatre. The pillarless space offers natural light and can be split into two smaller spaces.
Other smaller event spaces at Atura Oran Park range from 46m2 to 120m2, able to host between 12 and 100 attendees.
The hotel will also have an Italian restaurant and bar, a resort-style pool and terrace.
“We’re opening at a time when southwestern Sydney is experiencing extraordinary growth and momentum, and being the closest hotel to the new Western Sydney International Airport puts us in a commanding position to support travellers in and out of Sydney,” said Atura Oran Park’s area general manager, Shannon Craig.
“Together with the Perich family, we’ve designed a hotel that feels open, vibrant and full of energy, with beautiful communal spaces, generous outdoor areas and places where people naturally want to spend time.
“The accommodation has been equally considered, with a mix of room categories catering to everything including both overnight visits and extended stays.
“It’s contemporary and welcoming, with a design language that draws on the region’s motorsport ties and the Perich family’s heritage, creating a strong sense of place and connection to the neighbourhood that sits at the very heart of Atura.”

Oran Park has been developed on what was the former Oran Park Raceway, which closed in 2009.
“Every element of Oran Park has been thoughtfully considered to create a connected and thriving community, and we wanted our first hotel to reflect that same approach, embedded in the heart of the town centre,” said Mark Perich, executive director of Greenfields Development Company which developed Oran Park.
“Atura stood out because of its focus on people, neighbourhood connection and creating places where locals and visitors naturally come together. It wasn’t simply about finding a hotel operator. It was about finding a brand that would become part of the fabric of the community and contribute to the long-term vision for Oran Park.”
Atura Oran Park is the fifth hotel in the Atura brand, with the other four all in suburban or regional Australia.
“Oran Park is exactly the kind of market where Atura thrives,” said EVT Hotels’ group general manager, Callum Kennedy.
“It’s a fast-growing destination with a strong sense of identity, increasing demand from business and leisure travellers, and significant momentum as Western Sydney continues to evolve.
“We’re proud to partner with the Perich family to bring the Atura brand to one of Australia’s most exciting growth corridors and expand our footprint in a region that’s helping shape the future of Sydney.”
The new Western Sydney International Airport is set to open on October 25 this year.
