Hosted buyer applications are now open for the two-day event. Qualifying event professionals will be among the first to experience the NZICC in its opening year, while connecting with over 200 of New Zealand’s leading business events suppliers.

Organised by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), MEETINGS 2026 will be held on Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 June at the NZICC. The official opening celebration on the evening of Tuesday 16 June will also take place at this stunning new venue.
With more than 200 leading New Zealand product and service providers under one roof, delegates have a rare opportunity to meet the full breadth of what Aotearoa has to offer business events in two dynamic days.

Generous benefits for hosted buyers
Hosted buyers receive a package of benefits including complimentary travel courtesy of Air New Zealand, accommodation across one of 16 host hotels and access to all MEETINGS’ official social functions.
This year also introduces greater scheduling flexibility. Fully hosted buyers can book up to 32 appointments across the two days, with the ability to shape their own program to suit the time they have available.

The MEETINGS experience extends well beyond the exhibition hall. All hosted buyers are eligible for the Auckland Host City Famil on Tuesday 16 June.
Australian buyers can also apply for an extensive range of pre- and post-MEETINGS famil programs across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Rotorua, Queenstown, Hawke’s Bay and the Waikato. Spaces on these famils are strictly limited. Early applications are strongly encouraged to secure preferred destinations.
The hosted buyer program also offers structured opportunities to engage with industry experts, innovators and key influencers. Buyers will gain fresh insights and practical ideas to take back to their events businesses.
