The offerings include a new environmentally conscious menu, made up of vegetarian options.
The sustainable focus aligns with the venue’s EarthCheck master certification and with its recently launched five-year sustainability strategy alongside a new emissions calculator that has been made available to event organisers using GCCEC.
There are also new global bowls on the menu, which present a selection of country-inspired dishes from Indian to Mexican, Thai, Turkish, Chinese and Spanish. These sit alongside wellness and poke bowls on the lunch menus.
“The launch of our new menus and food reel mark 20 years and an exciting chapter for GCCEC,” said GCCEC’s executive chef Garry Kindred
“We are committed to offering innovative and sustainable culinary options that not only delight the taste buds but also support our environmental goals.”
Commemorating the launch of their new menus, the centre has released a video which visually aligns its culinary offerings with the natural surroundings of its location on the Gold Coast.
