Melbourne’s hotel boom of the last few years isn’t slowing down. There’s been a 25 per cent increase in hotel stock with several more hotels to open over the next two years. Melbourne Convention Bureau’s CEO, Julia Swanson, says the city’s growth is phenomenal, with no sign of slowing.
