Last Friday work officially commenced on a 55-storey tower in Parramatta – a building that will eventually house Western Sydney’s first QT Hotel.
The historic Parramatta riverside precinct will offer luxury residences alongside the hotel, which will boast 250 rooms over 18 storeys, and multiple meeting and event spaces including a grand ballroom.
The project broke ground after a lengthy development approval process which began in 2016.
