On Thursday 29 July, Get Local will kick off with a Get Together welcome event at Doltone House Darling Island, celebrating the return of business event activity in Australia.

Doltone House and Get Local organisers promise something extra special for the networking event which will host the crème de la crème of the business events community from throughout Australia and the Pacific – tickets are strictly limited and only available to registered attendees and exhibitors.

Anna Cesarano, CEO, Doltone House, said she was thrilled to be partnering with Get Local at such an important time after so much uncertainty in the business events community, and that her team were very much looking forward to reacquainting guests with the Doltone family.

“We are excited at the opportunity of supporting Get Local and how fitting to showcase the event at NSW’s first 6 Star Green-rated building,” Ms Cesarano said.

“Our business activity is certainly on the rise day by day, as nothing will ever replace the significance of face-to-face gatherings,” Ms Cesarano continued.

Get Local founders Donna Kessler and Gary Bender said there were great synergies between Doltone House Darling Island in Pyrmont and Get Local which was also focusing on sustainability measures at the event including, among other initiatives, being fully paperless.

“The ease of access to Doltone House Darling Island in Pyrmont from the ICC Sydney where Get Local is being held also makes it the obvious choice for a premium and high-quality event,” Ms Kessler said.

Other networking functions at Get Local include the Get Networking Lunch presented by ICC Sydney, showcasing the best local New South Wales and Australian produce. Attendees at Get Local will be energised for the day with a stand-up style lunch of hot and cold items, presented safely with ICC Sydney’s EventSafe measures in place.

And closing out the show is the Get Happy Cocktail party. These events are not to be missed, get in quick, tickets are limited. Register for tickets here.
