Expect to see Warwick Farm in Sydney’s South West become the out-of-town retreat for events and conferences now that the latest MGallery by Sofitel hotel, The William Inglis, has opened adjacent to the Warwick Farm racecourse in South West Sydney.

The impressive eight level property, with 144 guest rooms was showcased last night to 100 guests who were treated to a glamorous long table dinner in the ‘Big Barn’ horse stable.

Part of a new $140m precinct developed by thoroughbred horse sales company William Inglis & Son Ltd called Riverside Stables, it offers everything needed for a high-end event, including a stunning rooftop bar and pool deck atop the hotel, 1867 Lounge, a high-end whisky and wine bar, and a fully-equipped 24-hour gymnasium and luxurious day spa. The hotel has an extensive range of conferencing facilities, including the sales arena, a versatile space for up to 1000 guests, suites, meeting rooms and private dining.
