JAPAN Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement to manage a 190-room property in Kin, Kunigami-gun, Okinawa in Japan.

Through a partnership with Dijaya Land Development Sdn Bhd, the Hilton Okinawa Kin will be part of an integrated resort development located on the east of Okinawa’s main island facing Kin Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

The 12-storey property will be offering meeting rooms and a ballroom, an all-day dining restaurant, one specialty restaurant, a bar, as well as recreational facilities such as a fitness club, spa and swimming pool.

Hilton Okinawa Kin is located 48 kilometres from Naha International Airport, with access to the Kin Okinawa Expressway and direct access to Naha City.

Tourism is Okinawa’s largest industry, generating close to US$5 billion from nearly 5.9 million visitors each year. Known as a destination offering traditional Okinawan culture with numerous outdoor eco-tourism activities, Kin has the largest supply of spring water in Okinawa and offers a number of spring water wells.
