The Adelaide Convention Bureau held its inaugural Health & Medical Convenor’s Showcase this week designed to highlight its new biomedical research precinct – one of the largest in the world.micenet editor Brad Foster was invited to attend along with leading medical association executives from around the country who viewed first-hand the South Australian Health & Medical Research Institute, the progress of the new $1.8 million Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Women’s & Children’s Hospital, the University of Adelaide Clinical School, and the University of South Australia Centre for Cancer Biology.All venues are located along the riverbank precinct that includes the Adelaide Convention Centre.
