Following the completion of a S$4.7 million renovation in March, Singapore’s PARKROYAL on Beach Road has launched 130 newly refurbished Premier rooms, a new Executive Suite and revitalised Orchid Club Lounge.
“After the launch of The Ballrooms, our purpose-built event facility, and dedicated Wellness Floor in August 2013, this latest refurbishment will enhance the comfort and sophistication of our guestrooms and club lounge,” general manager, David Donald, said.
“We are confident that these upgrading efforts will strengthen the hotel’s competitive positioning within the Marina Bay vicinity as a choice accommodation for both business and leisure guests.”
Comprising a third of the hotel’s guestroom inventory, the 130 Premier Rooms now a feature clean, modern design and all are equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a 40-inch LED flat screen television.
As part of the refurbishment, the hotel will now also offer an Executive Suite spanning 104 square metres. Decorated and furnished in soft tones and harmonious colours similar to the Premier rooms, the Suite features expansive living and dining areas, and the privacy of a separate bedroom. A pair of modern crystal overhead chandeliers bring an additional touch of luxury.
With an elegant round table that comfortably sits four, the Suite’s dining room can be transformed into an intimate meeting space, complemented by a powder room and kitchen.
The revitalised Orchid Club Lounge now features a dedicated food and beverage area and open kitchen with seating options that cater to both group and individual travellers.
