Strengthening Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park’s reputation as a leader in Indigenous tourism and employment in Australia will be a priority for incoming chief executive officer Greg Erwin, set to take over the top job in March. NEWS: Tjapukai redevelopment update

Tropical North Queensland’s Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park has unveiled new Indigenous cultural experiences as it undergoes a $12 million transformation into a versatile all-weather venue. Cutting edge theatre technology and an open plan glass design that showcases the park’s surrounding rainforest are among the highlights of the redevelopment, due to open early 2015.
