Tourism Australia this week announced Adelaide as the host city for Dreamtime, its bi-annual meeting and incentive event and showcase. NEWS: Adelaide’s bumper year of business events  

Figures released by the Adelaide Convention Bureau highlight a bumper year for business events as the state secured $211m worth of conventions and conferences in 2014. A total 191 events were held in the South Australian capital last year, creating 1790 jobs and injecting more than $4m weekly to the state’s visitor economy.
